Translating the brand calepinage into a marching luminous volumes along the iconic Michigan Avenue, complements the classic features of this historic building. These complex curved volumes, made necessary a high-degree of 3D concept design and engineering. A constant dialougue between 3D model, 2D drawings and fabrication know-how contributed to the high degree of craftsmanship in the final product.
Simultanously, the design intent was meticulously refined with several civic and commerce partners--all stakeholders along the Magnificent Mile.
